Across our 29 dealerships along the eastern seaboard, we represent 35 of the top car brands in Australia, covering each of the volume, premium, luxury and commercial vehicle categories.We have an amazing opportunity for a Trainee Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialist to join our top performing team across our Rockhampton Dealerships DC Motors, Rockhampton Auto Group and Rockhampton Mazda.The training period will be between 6-12 months and will involve on the job training and mentoring with experienced Business Managers, in addition to completion of the Autopact Business Manager Training program.What is the role of an Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialist?Lead Management assisting the sales team to contact all clients who are interested in purchasing a vehicle.Assisting the sales team with negotiation and closing of sales.Assisting our valued clients to purchase a vehicle by arranging their Finance.Meeting KPIs for the sale of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products.End to end processing of vehicle loans (from application to settlement).Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.Who are we looking for?Highly self-motivated and financially driven.Passionate about achieving success, whilst also being committed to delivering the highest level of customer service.Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.It is envisaged you will have a background in sales and/or banking, finance, or insurance industries.Strong sales and negotiation skills.A high standard of personal presentation.The ability to work in a busy team environment and remain calm under pressure.Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment.A reliable vehicle and open Australian drivers licence is required.Why working with us is great!Formal training, involving both an internal training program and training with business partners.On the job mentoring and training with a team of experienced Business Managers to learn the most successful finance and insurance processes in the industry.The addition of a generous commission plan, with uncapped earning potential once training is completed.Our staff and their families enjoy access to benefits such as discounts on vehicles, finance and servicing, discounted health insurance and access to our Employee Assistance Program.A great work and team culture.If you think this is the role for you, APPLY NOW!*Please note, as part of our recruitment process the successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Police Check with a suitable outcome prior to confirmation of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
