Working as Cabin Crew for QantasLink on the A220 really does give you the opportunity to go above and beyond, with safety as our top priority.The qualities that we are looking for you to demonstrate in the role include the following:A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceFlexibility, dependability, and commitment to the dynamic lifestyle as Cabin CrewFriendliness, caring, courage, empathy, and inclusiveness in service with people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and countriesCompliance with all Company procedures and policiesA caring approach when interacting with our customersBe trained and confident in aircraft safety procedures and first aid, and pass all training and assessment requirementsTo be successful, youll also need to meet the following minimum criteria to operate within the unique aircraft environment:Customer service or hospitality experienceMinimum 18 years of ageMinimum reach of 212cm from the ground (fingertips must reach past 212cm, with both hands at the same time and barefoot, enabling overhead emergency equipment to be reached)Maximum Height of 186cmAustralian or New Zealand citizenship/permanent residency with unlimited working rightsHold a passport with 6 months validity at time of offerCurrent Senior First Aid Certificate completed within the last 12 months (or be willing to obtain at short notice)Current CPR accreditation (or be willing to obtain at short notice) the CPR component is only valid for 12 months and a refresher course must be completed if expiredResponsible Service of Alcohol ''Statement of Attainment'' from a Nationally Accredited Provider, which you would need to have by the end of the recruitment process (or be willing to obtain at short notice)An excellent level of health and fitness, including the ability to swim 50 meters fully clothed and tread water for 3 minutes unassistedAbility to successfully complete a Pre-Employment MedicalPlease note - the role is based in Melbourne, Australia. You must be willing to work from this location and safely arrive at work within 2 hours.
