Youll receive full support in promoting our programs and building meaningful relationships within the Circus Monoxide community.About Circus MonoxideCircus Monoxide is the Illawarras only Circus training school. For over 15 years, we have been dedicated to making a meaningful impact in our community through arts, education, and community outreach. We run afternoon circus classes including aerials, tumbling and acrobatics, juggling, and hoops. We offer classes for toddlers to emerging artists, school holiday programs, birthday parties, and specialist training programs, with performance opportunities for all ages.We are an inclusive organization that celebrates diversity and individuality.About The RoleCustomer Engagement: You will be a friendly face and the first point of contact for students and customers attending Circus Monoxides classes, events, and activities, delivering outstanding customer service.Sales & Marketing: Take the lead in promoting and marketing our programs, focusing on increasing enrolments for term classes, school holiday bookings, parties, performances, teaching, and outreach opportunities.Administrative Support: Manage reception duties, answer phone, face-to-face and email inquiries, and manage administrative tasks and bookings with Iclass Pro and Xero.Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate events, performances, and classes, liaising with clients and collaborating with other staff members.Community Connection: Build and maintain strong relationships within the Circus Monoxide community, ensuring a positive, inclusive experience for everyone.Sales Focus: Manage bookings, handle inquiries, process payments, and engage directly with customers, while promoting the benefits of circus arts.Financial Liaison: Follow up with debtors to manage payments and ensure all financial transactions are up to date.
