This role will drive compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.As the Senior HSW Advisor, you will lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives to create a safe and compliant work environment. You will partner with key stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and champion a safety-first culture.Key responsibilities include:Develop, implement, and maintain HSW management systems across the business.Create and deliver comprehensive HSW performance reports.Lead risk identification and management programs, including psychosocial hazards.Conduct and manage WHS audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement through coaching and stakeholder engagement.Oversee incident reporting and investigations, liaising with regulatory bodies when needed.Champion wellbeing programs and mental health initiatives, including EAP and return-to-work processes.About you:Completion of a WHS Diploma, tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety, Lead Auditor certification, ICAM Investigator certification, and Return to Work Coordinator Certificate, or equivalent.Experience in operational safety management in manufacturing or similar industries.Strong background in safety systems, injury management, incident investigation, and WHS training.Expertise in identifying and mitigating critical risks, including psychosocial hazards.Comprehensive knowledge of OHS/WHS legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.Effective leadership, stakeholder management, and coaching abilities.Proficiency in emergency preparedness and response planning.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Recruitment Process:During our recruitment process, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks including a pre-employment medical, reference checks, national police check and Australian working rights check.To Apply:Please submit a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role along with your resume.AutoPacific Group is an equal opportunity employer.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManufacturingMotor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
