This will be achieved by providing exceptional service, accurately processing uniform requirements, and maintaining the high presentation standards of the Wardrobe area.In this role, youll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customersEnsure a safe and clean environment for all of Wardrobes customersUndertake daily uniform carousel and rack checks within designated time framesProcess garments in the wardrobe system, including labelling and barcodingProcess new starters uniform allocationsManual processing and assistance with Agency staff uniform requirementsComply with Crowns requirements, policies and proceduresAbout youYou''ll bring the following:A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceStrong computer literacy & administrative skills with the ability to use multiple systemsAbility to work autonomously as well as within a teamAbility to multitask, work under pressure and exhibit a high attention to detailExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, organisation as well as time management skillsMust be able to accommodate a FT 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysWhat we offer you:High hourly pay rate plus penalty ratesFree meals while on shift at our staff restaurantDiscounts at Crown restaurants, hotels and retail outletsAdditional InformationApplications Close: Thursday 17th April 2025What you can expect from us:On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
