Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, you will play a pivotal role assisting in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of excellence.In this role, youll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:Assist the team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including prep work and service.Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.Your ability to work within a dynamic team environment along with your strong planning and organisational skills.About youYoull bring the following:Previous experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume commercial kitchen.
