As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for masterfully and efficiently picking orders for your guests, and over time, building relationships with guests so you can understand their needs and preferences. This position will give you an opportunity to be directly involved in the companys fastest-growing sales channel and you will get hands-on experience in the areas of eCommerce, logistics, information technology, customer service, and grocery retail. You will also support creative marketing and outreach programs that help achieve eCommerce goals for your store. The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing and energetic, and is capable of having positive and genuine interactions with Lowes Foods guests.Pay starts at $16 / hourResponsibilitiesPick guests orders based on operational guidelines and best practicesInteract with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive mannerWork efficiently and purposefully when picking, staging, and carrying out ordersProperly greet and review orders with guestsEffectively and safely handle, bagging, and loading of ordersRecord any variances on guest pick listMaintain appropriate records applicable to position and LFTG and transmit data as scheduledPerform basic maintenance on hardware and softwareMaintain LFTG station including all equipmentCommunicate any service issues with support resources and store managementConduct in-store promotion of programPeriodically assist and/or conduct marketing within the communityProvide in-store guest service as needed (bagging, help locating product, cleaning)Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all timesAll other duties assigned by managementQualificationsFriendly, energetic, genuine, and outgoing personalityStrong people skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and conciselyAbility to work well with others, especially those with differing personalities and viewpointsAbility to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionallyAbility to read and understand information and take directionAbility to walk, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of timeAbility to effectively communicate with, and take direction from supervisionAbility to work well with (or learn how to work well with) computers, handheld Android/iOS devices and Basic Microsoft Office skillsAbility to do basic troubleshooting for systems and/or mechanical issues, with the assistance of our Guest Service team #J-18808-Ljbffr
