Clayton Douglas Racing is currently seeking full-time and casual stable staff to join our team. We are located beside the Mornington Racecourse. Applicants must have their own transport and accommodation.The role includes but is not limited to:Feeding, grooming, rugging, mucking out, and washing horsesLeading horses to/from walker and trackConducting basic health checks and reporting concernsAssisting with farriers, vets, dentists, and physiosPreparing horses and gear for races/trials and attending as requiredSaddling and preparation for trackworkGeneral stable cleaning and maintenanceComply with company and industry policies and procedures, including Rules of Racing.Requirements:Experience in a similar roleConfident handling of horsesReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedRacing experience preferred but not essentialShifts (approx):Morning: MonSat, 5:00am 9:30amAfternoon: 2:30pm 5:00pmFull-time staff work rotating weekends (every second Sunday), with rostered afternoon off.If youre a dependable team player with solid horse skills, wed love to hear from you.
