We are an internationally recognised, family owned and operated business with seven MWL boutiques and more than 180 stockists worldwide.Head of Operations at Made with Love BridalWe are seeking a casual Bridal Stylist to join our Brisbane Boutique. Are you a sales superstar? Do you love hitting targets (with uncapped commission)? Are you super organised? If the answer is yes, then this is the job for you!Weekend availability is a must in this role. We are looking for someone who can work Saturdays only to begin with, with the option to pick up additional hours during peak periods.What you will be doing:Conducting one on one bridal appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our brides daily.Developing genuine relationships with each bride.Providing outstanding after-sales service to our brides via email and phone.Achieving sales targets with your team.You will also be required to perform general retail tasks, such as steam ironing dresses, spot cleaning stock, stocktaking and general cleaning.About you:You are meticulous with impeccable attention to detail and presentation.You must be a people person with a great attitude; we are all about providing a great experience, so patience, professionalism and a positive attitude is key!A strong passion for fashion and bridal.Bridal or luxury retail experience highly regarded.Background in sales and customer service preferred.Basic hand sewing skills are a great bonus!Results-driven and sales-oriented with a proven track record of success.Have a passion for making brides dreams become a reality!The important bits:Casual hours (Saturdays are a must!)Boutique based in Albion, Brisbane QLD.Competitive hourly wage plus generous, uncapped commission!Be a member of a young, highly passionate team in a growing business that is expanding both nationally and internationally.We value creativity, cleverness, collaboration, culture and alliteration.To apply, please email careers@madewithlovebridal.com with a cover letter and CV outlining why you are suitable for the role.Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only successful candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
