You will be able to work independently as well as part of multi-discipline project teams.Design and document hydraulic systems through concept, design development and detailed documentation phasesReview technical submissions by Contractors and Sub-Contractors and the quality of construction against the specified requirementsUndertake Construction Administration on projects, designed by NDY.Ensure NDYs IMS System is implemented and maintained on projects, which may require quality assurance reviews for peer projectsProactively identify, develop and promote ways to improve operating capabilityManage your involvement in projects so that work is completed efficiently whilst meeting client needsEngage with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are known, managed, and fulfilled, within program and project constraints.Liaise with Contractors and Sub-Contractors to address construction-related documentation issuesAttend site meetings as appropriate and report on the status of the work and any items of concernWho were looking forIntermediate engineering professional with a proven track record spanning the entire project lifecycle, overseeing project delivery with 3+ years of experience in Hydraulic services.Experience in the following hydraulic fields is essential: Water supply design, Sanitary Plumbing & Drainage design, Stormwater drainage design, Hot Water design, Natural gas design, Rainwater recycling design, Trade waste drainage design and liaison with local Water Authorities.Established expertise in the Hydraulic services industry with sound knowledge of the suite of AS/NZS 3500 standards. Deep understanding of Australian building project practices and location requirements including NCC (National Construction Code). Work closely with the team to develop innovative solutions for the project.Training & DevelopmentNDY has a strong focus on the development of our staff and training will be a key element of this development whether on internal or external training courses (through industry memberships).
