Fixed Term Part Time, 4 days per week till 31 December 2026HS4 ($42.34 to $46.34 per hour)About the RoleGrampians Health (GH) are seeking an ICT Project Officer (EMR) to provide high level administrative and project support to the ICT EMR Program Manager and project team in the management and implementation of the ICT deliverables to support the delivery of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system across the Grampians Health (GH). The ICT Project Support Officer will provide a comprehensive range of project related administrative support tasks, including maintaining registers and routine databases, providing project support, coordinating project activities, responding to enquiries, program reporting, and supporting key stakeholder relationships and assisting with project analysis.About the Grampians Health (GH) Electronic Medical Records (EMR) ProjectThe GH EMR Project is a large-scale clinical transformation project across Grampians Health, and an opportunity to be part of the organisations digital transformation journey. The EMR project aims to deliver a comprehensive digital patient record across the ambulatory and inpatient areas of GH. The GH EMR project team will be responsible for designing, building and implementing the new EMR, drawing on clinical, health informatics, technology and change expertise. The target completion of the project is late 2026. The GH EMR project team will also work collaboratively with the EMR project team at St Vincents Hospital Melbourne as we partner to deliver a shared EMR.This position is open to candidates from all Grampians Health locations, including Ballarat, Dimboola, Edenhope, Horsham, and Stawell.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake and coordinate ICT Project deliverables within the EMR programProvide diverse administrative and related project support tasks including coordinating project activities, program reporting, supporting key stakeholder relationships, and assisting with project analysisUnder the guidance of ICT EMR Program Manager, assist in the coordination of planning, execution, and completion of ICT deliverables, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metProvide administrative support to project meetings and working groups, including compilation and distribution of agenda papers, provision of reports, minute/note taking and follow up of issues raisedSkills, Qualifications & ExperienceDemonstrated experience in providing a broad range of administrative and project support services to senior level management on large projects in complex environmentsDemonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Project, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, etc.) to an advanced level and possess sound computer skillsFamiliarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Planner, Jira, or similar platform for task management and trackingA solid understanding of IT concepts, hardware, software, networks, and infrastructureInterested?If you wish to discuss the role prior to applying, contact Mohneesh Mahajan, Director Digital Health Infrastructure on 03 5320 6623 or mohneesh.mahajan@gh.org.au for a confidential discussion.We''re actively seeking candidates for this role and will review applications as they are submitted.
