The role works under general direction and guidance with regard to process requirements and decision-making; however, there is flexibility and sometimes limited supervision with regard to work prioritisation and structure. Tasks may include acting as a first point of contact for patients, data entry into various electronic systems, multiple records management tasks, and review and validation of information.
