With a network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.About the roleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our Liquor Marketing team as a CRM and Personalisation Manager on a 15-month parental leave contract.You will report directly to the Head of Loyalty and CRM and be responsible for the CRM and personalisation strategy, including both the development and execution across Coles Liquor.You will develop and manage the implementation of test & learn programs in our CRM channels (email and SMS) to increase revenue and sales uplift.Youll also:Be accountable for driving the CRM revenue across our Liquor brands and developing the CRM lifecycle journeysBe responsible for the CRM and personalisation budgetManage the CRM team whilst influencing Ecomm, IT, Commercial, Customer and external agencies to execute the CRM and personalisation strategy including the technology roadmapManage external agencies to deliver both the CRM trade, lifecycle campaigns and personalisation use casesAbout you and your skillsWe are looking for someone who is tertiary qualified, preferably in Marketing and has at least 5+ years experience in marketing, CRM and e-commerce within an FMCG or retail background.Youll also have:Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skillsProject and stakeholder managementA sound knowledge of consumer research and analyticsAn understanding of digital marketing channels and experience in using CRM platforms (front end) such as Oracle ResponsysFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Clouds and basic digital design principlesExperience using reporting and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target or Adobe Audience ManagerSound decision making skills and an ability to work autonomouslyWhats in it for you?Flexible working options: We know that work is only one part of your life, so we actively encourage a positive work-life balance and provide hybrid working options to help you achieve it.Office perks: Take advantage of our gym facility and fitness classes, free parking, BBQ area, mini-Coles supermarket, fooderie hub where you can sample new products before they hit the shelves, school holiday program and so much more when you come in.Discounts: Eligible team members receive 5% discount all year round on your Supermarket and Liquor online and in-store purchases.
