They''ve been operating for 10+ years across the 1st and 2nd home builder space, delivering builds from $300k to $750k.Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they''re now looking to bring onboard 2 new Site Supervisors to manage 35 homes, across the following suburbs:Alkimos > EglingtonJanebrook > ArmadaleThe Role:Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility for:Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homesAllocate materials and trades to job sitesEnsure timely construction of new homesEffectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional mannerInspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of qualityMaintain and update company systemsNegotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite worksIdentify and resolve problems throughout the construction processAbout You:To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have:2 Years+ experience working as a Site Supervisor in residential home buildingA positive and self-motivated approach to your workExcellent communication skillsAbility to manage multiple sites at one timeWhat''s in it for you?This role would suit somebody who enjoys Site Supervision, but is looking to work in a close-knit environment, with room for progression.A salary ranging up to $120K + super + package (no client contact).If this sounds like the role for you, please apply now or contact Ian Bond on 0424 150 536 for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
