Having built a team that strives for excellence, each member exhibits the highest level of care and meticulous attention to detail that can be seen through every stage of their work.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced couture seamstress to join our vibrant team in Adelaide. In particular you will be responsible for:Sewing and garment construction (by hand and by machine).Interpreting and understanding fitting notes and spec forms.Participating in couture fittings.Handling luxury fabrics.Quality control inspections of garments.Supporting the needs of the designer and team members.Skills & ExperienceA minimum of 3-5 years experience in couture sewing/high-end garment construction within the fashion industry.Have an excellent eye for detail and quality control.Be able to work under minimal supervision and demonstrate use of initiative.Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques.Highly motivated individual who is passionate about our values and brand.A fast learner who shows initiative and can manage time-pressured deadlines.The ability to work as part of a team and assist wherever required.What we offerRelaxed and friendly environment.
