You will be joining a supportive, fast paced teamYou will be an enthusiastic, driven individual who is looking for their next challengeFull time or part time secondment cover till SeptemberTeam AssistantThe Team Assistant is a varied role that provides personal assistant support to a range of senior managers as well as general administrative duties. You will be an essential part of the team; this diverse role will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to develop your own personal and professional skills.This could be a part time (3 days minimum) or a full time opportunity for a secondment cover till September.What the day will look likeKey responsibilities will include:Diary and email managementMeeting agenda settingMonthly expensesArranging client and team meetingsInternal and external event managementTime recording entry and approvalsSlide deck and report preparationBusiness administration support (Business related Coupa PO, CRM system, SharePoint etc)Booking & arranging travel using our travel portalOn-boarding new staff (IT requests, security pass, induction scheduling)How this opportunity is differentThis is a pivotal role that demands exceptional time management and organisational skills, an eye for detail and respect of confidentiality, a proactive and flexible attitude and ability to work autonomously in a stakeholder-dynamic environment.Skills and experience that will lead to successMinimum of 2 years of office administration / Personal Assistant experienceExperience working within Insurance or Finance sector will be highly regardedIntermediate level MS Skills (Excel, document formatting, Power Point etc)Tech savvy individual who can pick up new systems quicklyAbility to multitask and work on a broad range of diverse activitiesProactive and enthusiastic personalityExcellent attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsAon values an innovative and inclusive workplace where all colleagues feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
