We currently have an opportunity available at our Hume Store for a Store Manager. The Store Manager is responsible for championing service excellence for our customers, enhancing store and team performance and really driving sales and growth at the store.With safety as a core focus in everything that is done, the Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and productivity along with identifying and coordinating your team''s individual training and development needs.Reporting to the State Regional Operations Manager, you will be in a role that can offer you career growth opportunities.About youLeveraging your diverse skills and operational experience you will take responsibility for leading, mentoring and empowering staff; ensuring compliance and safe work practices; and maximising store performance.You will drive sales targets and business initiatives whilst also ensuring the provision of superior service delivery. An eye for detail and a talent for recognising and pro-actively driving continuous improvement are qualities we applaud.You should be able to demonstrate that you have effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination we need to drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone''s position as a market leader.
