As we grow, we''re looking for passionate professionals to join our dynamic team in workforce villages across QLD & NSW.If you''re ready to make a difference and be part of a company with a rich legacy of excellence, we want to hear from you!The RoleProven experience in:Reservationist/ Administration prefer with strong RMS Booking System Experience or similarHandle incoming reservation requests via phone, email and online booking systemsAccurately enter and update reservation requests in the systemRespond to customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns promptlyGenerate daily, weekly and monthly client reportsAssist in developing and implementing processes to meet clients needsExperience in Group Bookings & overbooking managementHands on dynamic team player that is willing to assist Housekeeping, Kitchen or Bar Experience with QLD RSAGreat time management & organization with ability to think on your feetWere Looking For Candidates WithMin 2 year in Face pace Front Office Environment with Experience in Group BookingsAbility to work independently without supervision.Maintain Up To Date knowledge of our villages and servicesExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressureFriendly and considerate attitude to promote a positive work environmentAvailability to work on a 14/7 roster cycle (14 days on, 7 days off).Willing to work 10- 12 hour shifts each day on rotating roster.Ability to travel into/ out from site at own expenseTo be considered, you must have or be willing to obtain:Must have an Open Driver''s LicenseAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen.Have a recent National Police Check (within 1 month).Unrestricted work rights in Australia.Have a current Food Safety Certificate or willing to complete our free online food safety certificatePreferably a current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willing to obtain your ownOne of SIRROM''s goals for 2025 is to expand our Facilities Management network by hiring dynamic, talented and passionate new team members who can bring real value as we grow.Does this sound like you?
