Key tasks will include:coordinating daily tasks for the team relating to fleet, assurance, and project activitiesassisting with managing FCIT projects, including preparation and maintenance of project management documentation, coordination of projects, preparing papers for working group/committee meetings, monitoring and reporting project progress, and stakeholder engagementundertaking research and analysis to develop solutions for process improvement in FCIT activitiesworking with the FCIT teams to prepare/update/review procedures documentation and process mapsmanaging changes associated with projects including preparing and delivering high-quality communication and training productsengaging, consulting, and collaborating with key stakeholders both internal and external to the departmentensuring compliance with the departments audit and assurance timeframes, including ANAO timeframes and internal assurance requirementsproviding advice and guidance on policy and procedures and liaising with other teams across CFO Division and the greater departmentcontributing to and participating in branch and team initiatives and programs.EligibilityTo be eligible for employment in the APS and the department, candidates must be Australian Citizens. Positions require a Baseline security clearance and successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.NotesA merit pool may be established and used to fill future vacancies within 18 months from the date the vacancy was first advertised in the Gazette. The department does currently offer flexible work opportunities for many roles. This vacancy is ACT - Industry House based, although flexible or remote work arrangements may be considered.
