This role will develop you to reach additional heights with your lateral thinking and proactive behaviour. You will also take pride in delivering solutions to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, taking interest in fulfilling the customer experience. A Customer Relationship Consultant role is more than just a standard inbound customer service job; its the beginning of a rewarding career. Previous finance experience is not essential.This role requires you to be flexible to work on a rotating roster Monday to Friday ranging from 8.00am 8.00pm, and on Saturdays from 9.00am to 3.00pm CST.Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:High-level attention to detail and accuracy to minimise double handling, errors and customer complaintsProviding exceptional customer service and support through phone, email and face-to-face interactions with staff and customersResolving staff and customer needs and concerns in a prompt and efficient mannerAccurately following current policies, procedures and legislative and compliance regulationsTaking accountability for contribution to individual and team performanceBuilding strong working relationships with other departmentsManage enquiries relating to our customer banking needs, identify opportunities, and provide sound advice and information to our customersAbout YouTechnically savvy with the ability to navigate over multiple IT SystemsAble to operate in a change-orientated environmentWilling to learn about Beyond Banks products and servicesContribute to a high achieving team with your commitment to success and strong work ethicA problem solver that enjoys identifying the cause and resolving issuesWork in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of enquiriesAble to demonstrate your own sense of self-awareness as well as empathy for othersSee yourself in our teamYou will be joining the Customer Relationship Centre, a group of dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to provide exceptional support to our customers.
