In this 12 month fixed term contract role you will be well supported with an established and professional onboarding program and ultimately have ample opportunities to grow your career in the medical device industry.We''re looking for someone who:Is motivated and an extremely professional individualHas a strong work ethic and professional outlookPossesses excellent communication skills, building strong relationshipsHas a can-do attitude and can work both autonomously and as part of a teamHas a strong knowledge of anatomy and or operating room surroundingsYou''ll be responsible for:Providing clinical support for surgical proceduresBuilding relationships with our key surgeons and their nursing staff by way of training, education, and clinical case supportEnsuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants, and user guide as per each customers'' requirementsConducting regular hospital in-services on instrument sets to Operating Room and Central Sterilisation Department PersonnelParticipating in a rotating on-call roster for after-hours / weekend case supportMaintain and monitor monthly in-service records on your accounts to ensure records are currentAnd to be successful youll need:Experience in a clinical or theatre environment or have a background in nursing, physiotherapy or chiropractic is preferred but not essentialA tertiary education in a related medical field such as a physiotherapist, paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy) or nursing is idealA full driver licenceLifeHealthcare is a company of the EBOS Medical Technology Business Unit which also includes Australian Biotechnologies (allograft manufacturing), Cryomed (aesthetics) and Transmedic (South-East Asia MedTech distribution).
