Part-time considered for the right candidate.Hardie Grant Media is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take the reins of our financial operations across the Hardie Grant Media agency network and HGX, Hardie Grants digital venture studio. If youre a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for driving business growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you!About the RoleAs our Finance Manager youll be a key advisor to our leadership team, ensuring financial efficiency, compliance, and strategic direction. Youll oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting - helping us optimise our financial operations and drive business success.What Youll Be Doing:Financial Management & Reporting - Overseeing financial operations, reporting, and ensuring compliance across the business.Commercial Strategy - Providing insights and recommendations on key commercial decisions, contracts, and business growth opportunities.Budgeting & Forecasting - Leading the planning and forecasting process to align with business objectives.Team Leadership - Managing a talented finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.Stakeholder Collaboration - Working closely with senior leadership, external auditors, and financial institutions.What Were Looking For:5-8 years of experience in a finance leadership role.A proven go-getter attitude, and someone who likes to see it and sort it when problems arise, whether that be through small innovations or larger projects.Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Agency experience highly regarded familiarity with agency financial models is a plus!Experience using Sage Intacct or similar system.Experience with internal controls, risk management, and process improvements.Proven ability to lead and mentor a finance team.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Us?At Hardie Grant, we put our people first.
