This position will be instrumental in assisting with designing and executing innovative loyalty campaigns that engage and retain our valued customers, focusing on precise customer segmentation and personalized communication strategies to boost customer engagement and retention. About the Role: Assist in setting up and maintaining the campaigns to support loyalty initiatives. Build and maintain customer communications and journeys Campaign Execution: Support the development and launch of loyalty campaigns, ensuring they align with brand goals and customer interests. Customer Segmentation: Build audience segments to deliver strategic initiatives and campaigns Performance Monitoring: Complete reports on the performance of loyalty campaigns Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to support integrated campaign efforts and learn from cross-functional collaboration. Compliance Support: Ensure campaigns comply with relevant regulations and company policies, with guidance from senior staff. Competitive landscape: Research the loyalty landscape - provide high level insights on other loyalty program communications and offers What it takes A passion for all things retail (its what we do) 1-2 years experience in a similar role in CRM/Loyalty or managing data driven communications Willing participant in a strong and supportive team environment Experience with CRM platforms preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
