This is the chance to join right as the takes off. More About the Role at IHG Hotels & Resorts What''s the job? As a Porter, you will carry out tasks related to guest movement in and out of the hotel. This includes in-house guests and other patrons visiting the hotel to utilise hotel facilitates. In addition, this role is responsible for the security and delivery of guest luggage and assisting guests with enquires and messages. - Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, driveway, & baggage area by removing rubbish. - Escort guests and their bags to the room, whilst providing a personalised service delivery. - Be familiar with all in house events and hotel facilities, including opening and closing times of outlets. - Valet guest cars safely and securely. - Welcome guests and assist with any enquiries - Assist with directions both internally within the hotel and externally, providing transport options where applicable.
