We are on a mission to find an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to assist our Store Manager and lead our team at Chadstone!The total hours for this part-time position is 31 hours over a Sunday - Thursday roster. This is an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your drive and initiative to support the end-to-end operations of the store.Once you have joined the Review team you will not be alone. A complete induction program and continuous professional development covering all areas of management are provided we want you to succeed.What will your day look like with us:Supporting the Store Manager, you will motivate a passionate team and assist with managing the daily store operationsBuild and drive a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standardsInspire and help mentor a diverse team of apparel enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy!Closely monitor store sales performance - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvementEnsure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandisingDemonstrate a duty of care by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work (adhere to state and national OH&S legislation)We are looking for someone who has:Previous Assistant Store Management or Retail Sales Assistant experienceA passion for creating a memorable service experience for our customersExperience in training, coaching and mentoring team membersA proven record of driving and exceeding KPIsPrevious experience with stock control and visual merchandisingExcellent time management skillsInterest in continuous improvement and learningOur team enjoy:Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective''s entire stable of brands!
