SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for experienced Training Facilitators to join our People & Culture and Financial Crime teams to support a multi-year business transformation program.About the roleYou will play a critical role delivering training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees across departments. Day to day you will conduct engaging and effective training sessions that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the continuous development of employees. Working closely with the Training Designer and subject matter experts, the Training Facilitator will focus on delivering content that addresses training needs within the business.About youYou will hold a Bachelor''s degree in Education, Human Resources or a related field, coupled with prior experience in training facilitation, preferably within highly regulated environments. You will be experienced in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms will be preferred, as well as experience with compliance training and regulatory requirements. Training certifications will also be highly regarded, particularly Cert 4 TAE.
