You will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of residential buildings, where you can grow your skills and move into a Strata Manager role with the support and mentoring of senior managers.Starting as a Trainee Strata Manager, your duties will include:Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.Always delivering high quality of customer service in any situation.Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, where your guidance will help shape the community''s future.Preparing accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialized departments to back you up.Applying your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.Overseeing the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.Were looking for someone who has:A true problem solver who thrives on delivering solutions.At least two years of experience in real estate or a similar industry.
