You will manage the commercial and financial aspects of this contract whilst also delivering significant commercial growth for the retail business.You''ll lead a high-performing team of commercial analysts and administration professionals, driving strong analytical outcomes and fostering effective, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders. Your leadership will be key in influencing performance, guiding your team through complexity, and ensuring commercial excellence across the board. Were flexible on location with opportunities available for candidates based in either Erskine Park, NSW or Redbank/Parkinson, QLD.Lead the preparation and analysis of financial models to be applied across both statesCapture, monitor, and report financial performance by reference to key contract KPIsLead and coach both finance and operational teams with preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly budget forecastsWork closely with Site Senior Management Teams to build a strong understanding of operations and customer needsSupport Managers in their understanding of financial performance and the financial drivers of the businessDevelop and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders/customers.Foster an environment of continuous improvement by challenging existing ways of doing business and exploring new opportunities for improvementAre you the one?You are a strategic and commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
