We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market.About the roleWith Supagas offering a wide range of LPG products for residential and commercial customers, you''ll be assisting and supporting a diverse base with their gas needs.As a Customer Service Officer, you''ll be the first point of contact for both new and existing clients. Youll work in a multi-channel environment, addressing inquiries and providing exemplary, professional support. Specifically, youll handle activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and administration.We currently have a range of full-time opportunities available, including a permanent ongoing position and 6-months fixed-term. Let us know which opportunity interests you!You possess:Proven experience in an inbound call center environment, managing high call volumes (preferred but not required).Highly developed telephone communication skills when engaging with customers, stakeholders and staff, always maintaining a customer first approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.Flexibility.
