You will be making a difference in peoples lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.Assisting in the preparation, delivery, presentation and serving of resident meals.Cleaning the food preparation and consumption areas, cooking equipment and utensils.Cater for special occasions such as birthdays, cultural and religious occasions, meetings and events.Assist in maintaining the dining and adjacent rooms in a clean and hazard-free condition.You bring:Min 6-months experience in a similar role; Aged Care experience will be highly regarded.A real commitment to working safely.High Level of English skills, written and verbal.Teamwork is essential; you must be professional, collaborative, and friendly.Clean and tidy personal presentation.A commitment to providing a high level of customer service at every shift.Mandatory Compliance:Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.).Complete a police check.Current Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain).Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination (minimum of 1 dose).A caring team environment with strong clinical and allied health support.Generous salary packaging and not-for-profit tax benefits claim up to $15,900 tax free plus additional $2650 in entertainment per year.An Employee Assistance Program for staff and family.Career progression and development opportunities.Training and support plus development opportunities.Free annual flu shots.Apply now.
