Summerhall Arts are looking for amazing Box Office Assistants for the Fringe at Summerhall.Summerhall Arts is looking for Box Office Assistants for Fringe 2025. Our brilliant Box Office team play a vital role and are instrumental in sharing our incredible shows with our audiences, selling tickets and giving recommendations based on audience interests.What will you be doing?Talking to audiences, giving advice, directions and recommending shows.Selling Tickets using the Red61 ticketing system.Answering customer enquiries.Taking the initiative to anticipate audience needs and facilitating the best and safest experience.Supporting the day to day running of the venue, keeping areas clean and tidy, keeping on top of lost property, reporting any activities that may risk the safety of visitors to the supervisor team.Assisting audiences who have specific access requirements.Who are you?Enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking.Have a passion for the arts and an excitement for the Summerhall Arts programme.Able to work well under pressure.Good communicator.Excellent timekeeping skills.Team player.Experience in a customer service role at a festival or arts organisation would be preferable.Rate of Pay: 12.60 per hour + holiday payHours: Guaranteed 30 hours per weekContract: Temporary, Fixed term (1st 25th August)How to ApplyVisit for more info and info on how to apply.The deadline is Tuesday 29 April 2025 at 17:00. #J-18808-Ljbffr
