An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate marketer to kick-start their career working with a national marketing team supporting a large multi-location national franchise network The Role An exciting opportunity to join our marketing team within Battery World Australia is now available. The Marketing Coordinator will join a vibrant and collaborative Marketing team who are passionate about growing the brand and solidifying Battery World as the number one battery retailor in Australia. This role primary responsibility will be to coordinate local store marketing activity, provide administrative support and work across social media and charity and sponsorship opportunities. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager this role is a hybrid position with a minimum one day a week working in our head office located in Carole Park and the remainder working from home, local Battery World Store or attending meetings. The Marketing Coordinator will be mainly responsible for: Assist in the planning, development and on time execution of Battery World national campaigns and initiatives to achieve overall brand objectives Coordinate and Manage artwork and digital content development for franchise partners and national campaigns Proactively present any relevant local store or regional marketing opportunities to the franchisees for consideration Provide support for local store marketing activities for the network Complete reporting across next work and LAM activity Execute and support the charity/sponsorship arrangement to ensure maximum leverage and exposure of the Battery World brand Work with charity/sponsorship partners to coordinate PR activity for stores/franchisees for photo or event opportunities Key skills for the role include: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications or similar field (Also open to candidates working towards a qualification) Minimum 2 years prior administrative experience High level of written and verbal communication skills and confidence to communicate with Franchise Partners Strong computer and Microsoft suite skills Ability to work in a team in a collaborative environment Ability to project manage tasks and responsibilities Willingness to learn all aspects of the marketing function and support wider marketing team where required Whats on offer: Competitive salary package Super Hybrid working opportunities available with equipment provided Working in a supportive environment with a dedicated team Access to Employee assistance program and career development opportunities Comprehensive, on-the-job training regarding product and process To Apply We welcome your interest in joining our dynamic company.
