This program differs from other homelessness services as it provides the time needed for people to access their permanent homes and have an improved quality of life and increased community connection. Your new role As the Workforce Participation Worker, you will provide long term case management and service coordination with low individual caseloads who have experienced chronic homelessness. In this role, you will work to ensure that the service provided is supportive and effective in achieving client educational, volunteer, employment and social inclusion goals, and program outcomes.
