Home Based Care to help shape the future of care for vulnerable children and families across the Central Highlands. ABOUT YOU You are a compassionate, experienced practitioner who leads with purpose and heart. With at least 5 years working alongside vulnerable children and families, you bring deep understanding of trauma, attachment, and child development. You are confident in your case management and have a string grasp of the Child, Youth and Families Act (2005). You have a natural ability to guide and support others by offering thoughtful supervision, mentoring, and leadership when it?s needed the most. You are someone that thrives in a team environment, values collaboration, and sees challenge as an opportunity to grow. Your communication is clear, your decision making is grounded, and your commitment to continuous improvement is unwavering. Most of all you, believe that every child deserves safety, healing, and the chance to flourish and you are ready to play a key role in making that happen.
