This is your chance to contribute to a team that provides exceptional care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.In this role, youll assist with direct client service, including reporting on client observations, completing routine documentation, and identifying and delivering diversional therapy. Your role will also involve conducting risk assessments and following established care plans to support residents daily needs.
