We are values driven and work as One with respect for Ailan Kastom.About the role:The Administration Officer - Building Services Unit is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Building Services Unit (BSU). The role ensures the smooth operation of administrative functions, compliance with Council''s contractual obligations, and efficient coordination of financial, procurement, and customer service activities.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including raising requisitions for goods and services and goods receipting in line with Council''s procurement procedures.What We''re Looking ForWe need someone who shares our values of One, Respect, Accountability, Courage, and Resilience.
