So come join us for your once in a lifetime experience!Job Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of 4+ remote supermarket retail stores in the NT.Support the case management team to deliver a high-quality individual service to each participant on the ALPA CDP case.Improve market presence & create opportunities for growth by optimizing ALPA''s Ecommerce business practices.Facilitate the digital transformation of ALPA & implement automated processes to assist in the digital evolution & efficiency.Travel across remote communities in Arnhem Land & support the successful operation of our Supermarket stores.Lead and manage ALPA''s Registered Training and Higher Education Operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery.Work closely with participants to identify barriers that may impact ongoing employment and provide post-placement support.Support the GM for Corporate Services, coordinate company grant applications, and support Corporate Services major projects.Deliver training programs to participants based in remote locations in the Northern Territory.Qualifications:Must have retail multisite management experience.Experience in managing a mechanic workshop.Experience in recruitment and leading in-house recruitment processes.Work and live in a vibrant remote Indigenous community in Arnhem Land, NT.
