Your main responsibilities will include:Connecting with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and guiding them to the perfect membership option.Actively promoting our club to the local community through events, networking, strategic outreach, and business partnerships.Creating engaging content and leveraging social platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and promote the club.Drive membership growth, building strong relationships with potential and existing members, and ensuring an exceptional gym experience.Develop and execute sales strategies, manage leads, conduct tours, and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue goals.Motivate members to join and stay engaged in their health journey.Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.To thrive in this role, youll need these required certificates:First AidCPRPolice CheckWorking with Children CheckAbout YouThis is not your average 9-to-5 rolewe want someone who lives and breathes energy, connection, and results.
