The role also includes the administration of University Coursework Scholarships, Bursaries and Grants, and prizes. With a focus on compliance, youll ensure all student fee activities are undertaken in accordance with relevant legislation, policy, procedures and processes. Providing amazing customer service for our students, youll work to continuously improve service quality and process efficiency whilst contributing to a high-performance culture within the Student Finance and Scholarships team.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEWith a degree qualification in business, finance or commerce, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training and/or experience, you bring previous experience in a similar role and a proven ability to interpret, analyse and apply relevant legislation, policies and procedures. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you find it easy to develop and maintain highly effective working relationships with the ability to demonstrate sensitivity when consulting and liaising with students and staff.
