This role ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations at Thales Rockingham site while supporting customer commitments at multiple Western Australian sites, and teams deployed nationally / internationally as required. Additionally, the Operations Manager acts as a deputy to the Scylla ISS Programme Manager, driving high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and enforce safety, security, and compliance requirements across all operations.Drive team engagement, development, and performance management.Manage teams providing maintenance, configuration, and support services under the Scylla ISS contract.Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety, security, and corporate processes.Manage customer reporting, project risks, and workforce planning.Oversee repair workshop and warehouse operations, integrating them into the business supply chain.Support business improvements, including process optimisation and system enhancements.Represent Thales within the Collins Enterprise Delivery Team.Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or project management.Project Management Certification (or willingness to obtain).5+ years experience in senior operations or business management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proven experience in customer and service management.Skilled in coaching and team development.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, self-management, and planning skills.WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLYAfter you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
