This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for customer service.As the Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for providing after-sales spare parts to our Australian customers, including managing returned products and overseeing warehouse stock. You will play a key role in driving spare parts sales and maintaining strong customer relationships.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rubicon products, tools, and systems.Utilise Rubicon management tools.Create quotes, raise sales orders, and manage the supply of parts.Arrange freight and manage warehouse stock for spare parts and field services.Work with the finance team to address pricing gaps and increase sales revenue.Manage customer returns and facilitate repairs as needed.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.Follow company procedures and contribute to achieving business goals.Skills & ExperienceA technical trade qualification is desirable.Must hold a current drivers license.Strong understanding of DC electrical and mechanical concepts.Competent with computers and office software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.About RubiconRubicon Water has a vision to sustainably increase global food and fibre production through improved water use efficiency.
