Working closely with the Financial Controller and CFO, youll manage financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance all while leading and developing a high-performing team.Take full ownership of month-end reporting, cost centre management, and balance sheet reconciliationsOversee cash flow forecasting and working capital to optimise financial performanceLead compliance efforts for audits, tax filings, and financial reportingManage fixed asset registers and oversee capital expenditure reportingDevelop and mentor a talented team to achieve business objectivesDrive transformation, challenge existing processes, and strengthen financial operations across the groupRequirementsCPA/CA qualification with 5+ years of experience in financial accounting and 2+ years of team leadership experienceStrong technical knowledge of IFRS and taxation regulationsPrior audit experience in a Big 4 firm advantageousExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approachAdvanced excel and strong systems skills as well as the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive changeWhat''s on offer?Flexible hybrid work arrangements (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).Excellent career development opportunities both locally and internationallyThe opportunity to lead transformation initiatives and enhance the capability of the finance team.Work with and learn from high-calibre and experienced Group Financial Controller and CFODon''t hesitate to apply!If you are confident you have the skills and personality outlined above I am keen to hear from you.
