Join us as a Territory Manager and help us as we take something great and make it better.Your opportunityAs a Territory Manager at Lincoln Sentry, youll play a critical role developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers to achieve the business goals and sales objectives through demonstrating the value created by Lincoln Sentry through our service, distribution, branch network and technical offerings.Heres what youll be responsible for:Delivery of business financial outcomes sales revenue and gross margin budgetsEnsure new product development penetration into existing and new marketsDevelop and deliver detailed customer account and call cycle plansMaintain product knowledge and be the technical expert across Lincoln Sentrys cabinetry joinery and architectural hardware productsWhat youll bringDemonstrated sales experience in an account management capacityStrong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to work autonomously with proven experience in meeting sales targetsAnalytically minded with the ability to interpret data and prepare tendered agreementsStrong computer skills and experience using CRM systemAlthough not essential, it would be great if you have...Trade facing industry experienceYou''ll be predominately based out on the field with your customer base (work from our office in Lonsdale 1-2 days per week) and have the opportunity to travel away from home once a quarter for 2-3 days.But whats most important is that youre committed to doing good work, well.
