The role will predominantly focus on working with key stakeholders in the ABN, Digital Lending, Commercial Home Loan business and Contact Centre, while partnering with Home Loan and Everyday Banking Portfolio, Customer Engagement teams, Data Portfolio and ANZ Plus (and other parts of the business as required) that ultimately support delivery of improved customer, banker and commercial outcomes.What will you bring?Demonstrated in-depth understanding of Retail banking and the key drivers to growth in a customer centric environmentHigh commercial acumen, ability to link strategic goals and evidence of achieving great customer outcomesProven experience in leading data teamsResilient, fast paced with a strong growth mindsetProven project and performance management experienceExperience in design and execution of programs that appropriately balance customer, risk and commercial objectivesAbility to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholdersAbility to identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependenciesSo why join us?From the moment you join ANZ, you''ll be doing meaningful work that will shape a world where people and communities thrive.But it''s not just our customers who''ll feel your impact.
