This role will partner with our broader business leaders and People and Capability teams to ensure payroll processing is completed on time and accurately.What''s in it for you?Working in a tight-knit team that values flexibility, autonomy, and teamwork.Being part of an empowered and centralised People and Capability function team that supports all areas of the business.The ability to embrace a diverse and varied role, where your broad knowledge of payroll, taxation, and employment-related legal and industrial requirements will shine.What we are looking for in youSound experience in a professional Payroll/HRIS environment, using a modern, integrated HRIS; experience with Workday and ADP would be considered highly advantageous.Knowledge and understanding of payroll, taxation, employment-related legal requirements, and industrial instruments.Demonstrated experience in a payroll environment within a medium-sized organisation.Highly numerate, with sound problem-solving and analytical skills.Accurate data entry and knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong customer focus in all activities.An ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines, with a proactive and highly motivated attitude.A career at RAC is more than just a job.
