Our main office is in Bendigo and we have a permanent office in the Melbourne CBD. We have visiting offices in Echuca, Shepparton, Swan Hill, Maryborough and Castlemaine in central Victoria and various visiting offices in the Melbourne suburbs.This is a significant opportunity to begin a career in plaintiff personal injury, with the right candidate likely to be able to develop lifelong legal skills to obtain substantial redress for injured persons, often substantially changing their lives.We are currently seeking a graduate or first year solicitor to join our Bendigo office. We are not seeking applications for our Melbourne office.The role will be initially dealing with taking new client calls and assisting our senior Solicitors but will also, over time, develop into other areas of personal injury law and litigation, such as WorkCover, TAC, Public Liability and Medical Negligence matters.Candidates are not necessarily expected to have a thorough understanding of personal injury law, though familiarity with various compensation schemes would be of assistance. Senior solicitors at Arnold Dallas McPherson, including five Accredited Specialists in Personal Injury Law, will provide training and guidance to the successful candidate.We require candidates to have fully completed their law degree.
