Whether your strengths lie in business intelligence, data storytelling, digital product design, automation, or AI integration, we want to hear from you.There are a few core skills and qualities we expect from all our consultants:Relationship ManagementProven ability to swiftly establish and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers.Communication & StorytellingAbility to clearly explain technical insights to non-technical audiences.Confident in presenting, writing, and visualising compelling narratives from data.Team DynamicsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.Demonstrated leadership or growth potential, with a willingness to learn and contribute.Beyond these foundations, were looking for consultants with depth in at least one of the following three areas:1. Data Strategy & InsightsProficiency in analysing datasets and drawing meaningful, actionable insights.Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python or R.Ability to translate business needs into data strategies, roadmaps, and analytics solutions.2. Automation & Intelligent SystemsExperience identifying automation opportunities and applying AI or ML tools to improve processes and decision-making.Skills with platforms like Azure AI, Power Platform, or other automation frameworks.Interest in the emerging role of AI in transforming business operations.3.
