In this role, you will be responsible for defining and refining our customer propositions across various network products, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enhancing the customer experience. You will drive the end-to-end journey across all fulfilment channels, including digital and physical experiences, and lead innovations that differentiate us in the market.Key responsibilities include overseeing the performance of Click & Collect, Partner Delivery solutions, B2B partnerships, and On-Demand propositions.
