In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our fully automated warehouse system ensuring orders, inventory, and general equipment together with systems and procedures are managed according to company policies and procedures at all times.We are currently recruiting for two vacancies with the below shift times:Morning Shift 7.30AM - 4.00PM Tuesday to SaturdayNight Shift 12.00AM Midnight - 8.30AM Tuesday to SaturdayCome join our team at Retail Ready Operations and make a positive impact on our business!About you and your skills3+ years in a fast-moving, high-volume team management/supervisory role.Demonstrated understanding of warehouse operations, materials handling equipment (MHE), and warehouse systems.The ability to lead, develop, and manage a team in a high-volume environment demonstrating strong people and performance management skills.Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility guidelines.Experience in change management and continuous improvement with the ability to effectively work through problems and advise senior stakeholders.Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment across all levels of the organisation.Good mechanical/electrical aptitude along with strong written and verbal skills.Ability to work within a cold storage work environment.Whats in it for you?More cash staying in your pocket: Eligible team members receive 5% discount all year round on your Supermarket and Liquor online and in-store purchases.
