If you''re looking for a role where your contributions are valued and your expertise makes a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you!The RoleAs the dedicated Accounts Receivable Officer, you will take full ownership of the companys debtor ledger, playing a crucial role in maintaining healthy cash flow and optimising collections. Your key responsibilities will include:End-to-end accounts receivable management, including cash collection and debtor reconciliationsDaily processing of debtor receipts and bank feesPreparing weekly debtor reports and monitoring outstanding accountsAllocating customer payments and liaising with debtors to resolve queriesPreparing monthly ATB and cash flow reports for senior managementConducting credit checks and setting up new customer accountsManaging multi-currency invoicing and credit notesPerforming month-end bank reconciliations and assisting with financial reportingThe Candidate Proven expertise in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control, with a track record of independently managing a high-volume ledger Strong analytical skills with experience in cash flow management and ATB reporting Multi-currency invoicing and foreign exchange experience (highly desirable) Proficiency in ERP systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables, to analyse and manage financial data effectively Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environmentThe Benefits $85K - $95K + Super Depending upon experience Hybrid Opportunities Available Great Location Parramatta-based, close to public transport Career Growth Join a business that is expanding and investing in its people Supportive Team Work in a dynamic and collaborative environmentIf youre an experienced AR professional looking for a role where you can take full ownership and make an impact, apply now!For a confidential discussion, please contact Debbie Hannaford or Keryn Drew on 9891 7400, or submit your application online today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
